Everything Qexlify Education does: enrolment, coursework and rubrics, marking, the gradebook, academic integrity, proctored exams, and the roles that keep a workspace tidy. The shared library includes 1,000+ technical questions and language questions in 8 languages, openly licensed with attribution and tagged by topic and difficulty. Use them in assessments or copy them into your own bank.
Students join with a short code they type or scan — no accounts to create, and the code can be switched off when the class fills. A class opens and closes on a date, so a term genuinely ends instead of drifting on. An archived class keeps its marks and its history; only stored files shed, on your plan's retention window.
Assignments carry a rubric of criteria and levels, so marking becomes a series of clicks and every marker on the course applies the same scheme — a 7 from a teaching assistant means what a 7 from the professor does. Write the whole term in draft and make it live when you choose. Late hand-ins are accepted or refused per assignment, stamped at submit time rather than judged afterwards. Grades are held until you return the class as one.
The gradebook is the single source, not a reconciliation of two systems: the whole class against every piece of work in one view. Insights show participation and performance across the cohort, so the student who quietly stopped submitting is visible in week four. Attendance is recorded per session against the same class as the marks.
Similarity compares the class against itself from Growth, and against your own previous cohorts on Scale. Proctored exams add webcam and fullscreen monitoring, paste blocking, focus tracking and identity checks, with every flag reviewable against its evidence — enough to defend a mark at an appeal. Proctoring detects and records; it does not claim to prove intent.
Administrators see every classroom in the institution, the question bank, analytics, the proctoring review queue, the plan and data retention. Instructors — teacher, TA, doctor, mentor or professor — see only their own classrooms, never a colleague's. Students see their classes, the coursework with its due date and late policy, exams they can start themselves, and returned marks with the rubric breakdown behind them.
