Qexlify Education — classrooms, coursework and proctored online exams

Qexlify Education runs a class end to end: enrolment, coursework marked against rubrics, attendance, a gradebook, and genuinely proctored online exams — in one record. Built for universities, schools, bootcamps, instructors and teaching assistants, on the same assessment engine employers hire with. What it does

• Classrooms — name a class, set its window, share a join code. Students enrol themselves, so there is no account admin and no invitation list to maintain.
• Coursework with real rubrics — criteria and levels rather than a number you type. The task total is derived from the rubric, so the marks and the scheme cannot disagree, and the student sees the breakdown behind their grade.
• Held grades — a mark exists the moment you save it, but students see nothing until you release the class as one. You can mark over a week without anyone comparing notes.
• Proctored exams — webcam and fullscreen monitoring, paste blocking, focus tracking and a full integrity trail, not an honour-system quiz.
• Similarity checking — hand-ins compared to each other from Growth, and to your own previous cohorts on Scale. Never against the public web; this is not a plagiarism service.
• Gradebook, insights, attendance and certificates — the whole class against every piece of work in one view, participation visible in week four rather than at the exam, and certificates issued on a threshold you set.
• CEFR-banded language assessments, alongside the coding, terminal, web, theory, database, UI/UX and network engines.

What it is not

Qexlify Education is a teaching and assessment platform, not a school management system — fees, admissions and staff contracts are somebody else's product. You plan lessons here but do not teach them here: there is no live video lesson, and no solver that builds your timetable. Rosters arrive as a CSV export from your registry; nothing reads directly from Banner, PeopleSoft or SITS.
