Live interviews with a shared editor

Advance a candidate straight from their result to a scheduled interview — code, video and scorecard in one room.

A great take-home tells you what someone can build alone. A live interview tells you how they think out loud, take feedback, and debug under a little pressure. Qexlify runs that session without a second tool.

One room, everything in it

Every interview is a shared code editor, a video call, and a candidate lobby in one screen. The candidate joins from a secure link — no installs, no accounts. You both type in the same editor, run code, and talk it through.

Straight from the result

When a candidate passes an assessment, you advance to interview right from their result. The interview is created, the candidate is emailed the time and their join link, and the scorecard is attached — so the interviewer walks in already knowing where the candidate is strong.

The best signal in an interview is the conversation around the code — not whether they finished it.

Scored, not remembered

Interviewers fill a structured scorecard during the session, so feedback is captured while it's fresh and every candidate is judged on the same axes. Live interviews are part of the Growth plan and above.
